Registration & Application
Start by visiting our Addis Ababa office or submitting your application online. Bring your national ID, educational certificates, and any relevant work experience documents. Our team will guide you through the initial registration form and explain the full process at no cost.
Interview & Selection
Qualified applicants attend a professional interview with our recruitment specialists. We assess your skills, language ability, work history, and suitability for available positions. Employer representatives may also conduct video interviews for specific roles.
Document Verification
We verify and authenticate all your documents including passport, birth certificate, educational credentials, and police clearance. We assist with obtaining any missing documents and ensure everything meets the destination country's requirements.
Medical Examination
All candidates must undergo a comprehensive medical examination at an approved health center. This includes blood tests, chest X-ray, and general physical assessment. Medical clearance is a mandatory requirement for Gulf country work visas.
Visa Processing
We submit your complete visa application to the relevant embassy and coordinate directly with them for approval. We handle all correspondence, follow-ups, and any additional documentation requests. Typical processing time is 2–4 weeks.
Pre-Departure Training
Before departure, all workers attend our comprehensive orientation program. This covers destination country laws, customs and culture, worker rights and responsibilities, safety guidelines, emergency contacts, and practical life skills for living abroad.
Travel & Deployment
We arrange your travel documents, coordinate airport transfers, and ensure you are met by your employer or their representative upon arrival. We maintain contact with you after deployment to ensure you are safe, comfortable, and settling in well.
